Basic Planning and design is complete.

Summer time water Ski in the lake, Winter time ice ski, falling colored leaves during Fall, and fresh air during Spring season.
There are a number of well known name brand hotels and motels in the town. Zeegarden decided to build a boutique hotel opposite Holiday Inn.
